Meucci Cues Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

 

Announcement: As of January 1, 2026 MAP Pricing will be EQUAL to MSRP. All dealers are required to update their pricing accordingly. 

This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy applies to all authorized resellers, distributors, and retailers ("Authorized Dealers") of Meucci pool cues ("Products"). The purpose of this policy is to maintain the premium image and value associated with Meucci pool cues and to promote fair competition among Authorized Dealers.

 

Policy Guidelines:

 

  1. MAP Price: The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for all Meucci pool cues is equal to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as published by Meucci Cues, LLC. Authorized Dealers are strictly prohibited from advertising or displaying any Meucci pool cue at any price below MSRP, by any amount, whether directly or indirectly, except during a properly communicated Periodic Minimum Advertised Price (PMAP) event.
  2. Periodic Minimum Advertised Price (PMAP): Meucci Cues, LLC may, at its sole discretion, temporarily establish a Periodic Minimum Advertised Price (PMAP) for select products during key marketing events throughout the year. All PMAP programs will be:
    • Clearly communicated in writing to all Authorized Dealers
    • Limited in duration
    • Specific as to applicable products and effective dates
    Outside of these communicated PMAP periods, MSRP shall remain the enforced MAP.
  3. Advertised Price: This MAP policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to print media, online advertising, dealer websites, third-party marketplaces, social media platforms, email campaigns, digital advertisements, and any other promotional or marketing materials.
  4. Displaying Prices: Authorized Dealers may not advertise, display, or otherwise communicate any price for a Meucci pool cue that is below the applicable MAP or PMAP. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Product listings
    • Promotional graphics
    • Banner ads
    • Pop-ups
    • Cart previews
    • Automated pricing tools
  5. Discount Display: The use of pricing tactics, including, but not limited to:
    • “Click for price”
    • “Add to cart to see price”
    • “Best Offer” (OBO)
    • “Call for pricing”
    that result in a displayed price below MAP or PMAP are strictly prohibited and will be treated as MAP violations.
  6. Sitewide Discounts: Authorized Dealers may offer sitewide discounts or promotional campaigns, provided that:
    • The advertised price of any Meucci pool cue does not fall below the applicable MAP or PMAP
    • The discount is clearly displayed as a cart-level discount
  7. Bundling and Promotions: Authorized Dealers are permitted to:
    • Offer Meucci pool cues bundled with add-on products, such as cases, extensions, chalk, or other accessories
    • Include complimentary or discounted accessories with the purchase of a Meucci pool cue
    Provided that:
    • The advertised price of the Meucci pool cue itself remains at or above the applicable MAP or PMAP
    • The bundle does not itemize, imply, or suggest a discounted price on the Meucci pool cue
  8. Enforcement: Meucci Cues, LLC reserves the right to monitor Authorized Dealers' compliance with this MAP policy. Violations may result in the following actions, at Meucci Cues, LLC's discretion:
    • First Violation: Reseller will receive a written notice of violation and will have 24 hours to correct the violation.
    • Second Violation: Reseller's account may be suspended for 30 days.
    • Third Violation: Reseller's account may be permanently terminated.
  9. Amendments: Meucci Cues, LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this MAP policy at any time. Such changes will be communicated to all Authorized Dealers in writing.

Acknowledgment:

By continuing to purchase and sell Meucci pool cues, Authorized Dealers acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to comply with this MAP policy. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in the enforcement actions described above.
