Dealer FAQ
1. How do I become a dealer? To become an Authorized Meucci Cues dealer, please visit the "Dealer Application" page, fill out the application and if you are eligible a team member will reach out to you with the next steps.
2. How do I place an order? Only Authorized Dealers are eligible to place orders through the Dealer Portal. To place an order a dealer must click on the login link in the upper right corner of the website. Input the email address associated with your dealership and a one-time login code will be sent to you. Use the code that was emailed to you to complete the sign in process. Once you are logged in to your account page, click on the "Go To Store" link, also found in the upper right hand corner of your account.
From the store page, you will be able to see your dealer pricing, select the product(s) you would like to purchase and proceed through the check-out process.
3. How do I handle warranty claims? Retail customers who are filing an eligible warranty claim can submit their request to the original point of sale (Authorized Dealer) or directly to Meucci Cues. Authorized Dealers who are processing eligible warranty claims should verify the original purchase date, proof of purchase, and reason for the warranty claim. The Authorized Dealer can then send in the warrantied item to Meucci Cues for further inspection and/or remediation.
- Products sold through unauthorized channels or unauthorized dealers are not eligible for warranty work.
- Factory seconds are not eligible for warranty work. Factory seconds are designated by the number "2" stamped on the butt.
4. How do I handle repair requests? There is no wholesale pricing for repairs. All repair requests should be sent through the retail repair process. Visit www.meuccicues.com/repairs for more information on available repair services and pricing and to fill out the repair request form.
5. How do I submit a custom cue order? Authorized Dealers are eligible to purchase stock cue models and other approved products. Custom cue orders should be submitted as a retail order through www.meuccicues.com.
