Dealer Application

Dealer Requirements:

• Operate out of a physical retail location (retail store, billiard room, etc.)
• Submit a picture of the storefront with the application
• Provide a valid business license and tax-exemption certificate
• Meet the initial $5,000 order minimum (Typically delivered over 1 - 3 months — must be maintained annually)
• Located 50+ miles from other Authorized Dealers

Prospective dealers who meet the above requirements, and are interested in becoming Authorized Dealers, should submit the following application.
